Before supporting outside brands, we were already developing, sourcing, manufacturing, and selling consumer products ourselves.That meant choosing factories, negotiating pricing, improving materials and construction, solving quality issues, managing production, and working backward from the economics of eCommerce and retail. When a sample was wrong, a cost stopped being competitive, production was late, or packaging failed, it was our problem to solve. That experience still shapes how we evaluate every product today.
