You bring us the idea: a sketch, a sample, or an AI-generated concept. We help make it real by refining the concept, building the prototype, finding the right manufacturing setup, and managing production through to the finished product.

START WITH THE OPPORTUNITY
Every creator's merch drawer already has both. Your audience doesn't need a version of something they can get anywhere, they need the thing only you would think to make. You already know what that is, even if it doesn't feel like it yet. Three places to look:
Products your audience already buys from you.
Every affiliate link is a clue. If your audience already trusts you enough to buy products you recommend, ask what version you would create if the product were yours.
What could you build better?
Sketch · Screenshot · AI concept · Half-formed idea
Maybe you've already sketched something, made an AI concept, saved references, or talked about an idea repeatedly. It doesn't need to be fully worked out before you start exploring whether it can become a real product.
It doesn't need to be finished to be worth exploring.
You notice what other people live with.
You notice problems in your niche because you live in it. The feature that's always missing. The awkward detail nobody fixes. The version you'd personally use.
That frustration can be the product idea.
THIS ISN'T MERCH. IT'S THE BEGINNING OF A PRODUCT BRAND.
Bring us whatever you have. Sketch. Screenshot. AI concept. Reference product. Written explanation.
You don't need CAD files, factory contacts, or finished specifications to start.
FEASIBILITY + FIRST-RUN ECONOMICS
An AI concept can look incredible and still be difficult or expensive to manufacture. Before taking it further, we look at what it should cost, how it could be made, what tooling it may need, and whether the numbers work at a realistic first-run quantity. If something doesn’t make sense, we can modify the design, simplify the construction, suggest different materials or production methods, and explore better options before you commit. It’s much better to make those changes here than after you invest in tooling or production.
Can We Make It?
How complicated or expensive will it be to produce?
We look at materials, construction, components, engineering, and tooling and flag anything that could make the product unnecessarily difficult or expensive to manufacture.
Can the Numbers Work?
Does the cost make sense for what you want to sell it for?
We look at likely manufacturing cost, packaging, and quantities to see whether the product can work commercially, not just look good in a render.
How Many Do You Actually Need?
What could a realistic first run look like?
Your first run doesn't automatically mean huge volumes. We work through factory minimums, tooling, materials, and the product itself to understand what a sensible first order could be.

Can You Test It Before Going Bigger?
Prototype it before making the bigger commitment.
Prototype first. Hold it. Use it. Film it. Show it. Gather feedback. Then decide whether you are ready to move into a larger production run.

You're not just handing us an idea to manufacture. You are finding out, early, whether it's commercially sensible.
How It Works
01
We work from whatever you have: sketch, AI concept, reference product, notes, or a clear idea, and define what the product should be, who it is for, and what needs to make your version different.

Product direction
02
We develop the dimensions, materials, construction, engineering, costing, and prototype until the concept becomes something that can actually be manufactured.

Prototype + target specification
03
We work out the factory, tooling, packaging, testing, compliance, quality requirements, and final production sample.

You stay involved in the decisions. We handle the manufacturing complexity behind them.
Learn more about what we doQUALITY + TRANSPARENCY
The harder part is making sure hundreds or thousands of units come out the same way. You don’t need to manage factories, specifications, production issues, and inspections yourself. We stay close to the manufacturing process, make sure the factory is working from what you approved, and help deal with problems before the product ships.
We lock in what you approved.
The sample, materials, finishes, construction, and key product details become the standard for production.
We stay close to the factory.
Our teams work directly with the manufacturing side so you don’t have to manage the process from a distance.
We deal with issues as they come up.
If something changes or doesn’t look right during production, we work through the options with the factory and bring you in when a decision is needed.
We check before it ships.
Finished goods are inspected against the approved product before the order leaves the factory.
YOU FOCUS ON LAUNCHING THE PRODUCT. WE HELP MAKE SURE PRODUCTION DELIVERS WHAT YOU APPROVED.
The box is part of the product. Protect it well. Ship it properly. Make opening it feel like part of the experience.
Proof
You don’t need to become an expert in product development or manufacturing to launch something of your own. Our teams have been doing this since 1993, with design, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain expertise built into one product development setup.
